For websites that are not strictly subject to legal obligations, we implement a baseline of accessibility best practices - where budget allows and only for elements that do not require significant extra work. On the other hand, for websites that fall under the European EAA directive or that voluntarily aim for full accessibility, we work exclusively with the Eye-Able module. This partnership allows for faster compliance, clear audit reports, and an optimized experience for users (zoom, contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader support, etc.).

  • Sites without legal obligation: approx. +10 to 30% workload, depending on complexity
  • Sites with legal obligation or full compliance target: up to +100% workload, including testing, corrections, and reporting

It is absolutely possible to include in the accessibility report any elements that are not yet compliant, as long as they are clearly identified and part of an ongoing improvement plan. This approach is accepted under the EAA directive (see accessibility declaration guidelines).
