Redesign of the SOS Détresse Website
A safe space to talk, listen, and find support, online and by phone
Our collaboration with SOS Détresse is built on trust, empathy, and continuity. For this redesign project, the organization entrusted us with a complete visual and structural overhaul of their existing website. From user interface to content presentation, we worked hand in hand with the SOS Détresse team to deliver a more modern, accessible and emotionally resonant experience.
The relooking included a streamlined information architecture, refined typography, and a calm, reassuring visual identity, in line with the sensitive nature of SOS Détresse’s mission. Particular attention was given to the clarity of navigation, ensuring that users can easily find help via phone, chat, or email, on any device.
Because the website includes a large number of content pages and resources, we implemented a structured mega menu to ensure intuitive navigation and quick access to key information
The website is fully responsive and available in three languages: French, German and English. We also integrated a dynamic news section.
This redesign is the result of a long-standing, close collaboration with the SOS Détresse team, a process marked by transparency, mutual respect and shared purpose.
Built for flexibility and clarity, the site combines multilingual content, fast navigation, and an intuitive backend - all designed to evolve with SOS Détresse’s needs.
